I’m Chitvan, founder of Noéla. Noéla is created for those who value quiet elegance in what they consume.
I’ve always been a foodie at heart not the casual “I like food” kind, but the kind who plans entire trips around what I’ll eat next. I travelled more for flavours than for destinations. Every city, every café, every artisanal bakery food was always the highlight. I loved discovering new tastes, textures, and combinations.
I grew up overweight, which meant years of eating food that wasn’t healthy. Over time, I became deeply health-conscious, but the foodie in me never disappeared. So I began experimenting in my own kitchen, creating cleaner versions of the foods I loved quinoa bowls with dal and feta, Greek yogurt layered with textures, homemade protein desserts, dates filled with almonds and dipped in honey or dark chocolate.
Travelling opened my eyes further. Around the world, I saw something India didn’t fully have yet healthy food that was truly delicious and designed with a sense of luxury. Clean snacks packaged beautifully, premium cafés serving guilt-free indulgence, and experiences that made wellness feel exciting and refined.
Everywhere I went, my mind kept redesigning food: How can this be healthier? How can this taste better? How can this feel more elegant, more… me? That’s how Noéla was born from the belief that healthy food should taste luxurious, look beautiful, and make you feel good without compromise.
Noéla is my vision of wellness: clean ingredients, rich flavours, minimal aesthetics, and quiet luxury in every bite. It’s the lifestyle I always searched for and now, I’m building it for others who want the same.
This is more than a brand. It’s a way of living.
I’m Prateek, and Noéla began long before we knew its name.
We weren’t just two boys with similar ideas we were cousins who grew up side by side, shaped by the same conversations and the same quiet ambition.
I still remember a moment in 9th grade when Chitvan said, “One day we’ll build a brand I’ll bring the idea, you bring the tech.”
It didn’t feel like a joke. It felt like direction.
From that day, our paths split but stayed aligned. He moved to the UK; I later went to Spain. He followed creativity, wellness, and aesthetics. I went deep into tech, systems, and product building. We built things, failed at things, and learned from everything. Living abroad shaped us the calm cafés, the clean food culture, the intentional design.
We both felt it. India didn’t yet have a place where health and taste lived together, where wellness felt premium, quiet, and beautiful. He always chased purity and wellness; I chased flavour and experience. And we never found a place that had both.
Then one day, the call came: “We’re building a brand.”
And I already knew which one.
Noéla is the answer to a wish we made years ago a house where health meets taste, simplicity meets luxury, and wellness feels personal, intentional, and beautifully crafted.
It’s not just a brand. It’s two cousins, shaped across continents, finally creating what we could never find something subtle, refined, and quietly extraordinary.
